You and Your Kidneys with Sidney the Kidney is a Grade 5 educational booklet was been made possible through the generosity of The John M. and Bernice Parrott Foundation. The booklet, available in English and French, is designed to teach children about their kidneys and the importance of organ donation.
Utilizing a “Sidney the Kidney” character, the eight-page cartoon-style booklet has been developed for Grade 5 classes, as this is the level at which students are taught about body systems.
