Programs and Services

Kidney Camp is a collaborative program between Alberta Children’s Hospital and The Kidney Foundation of Canada, Northern Alberta and the Territories (NABT) Branch. Each organization supports approximately half of the campers each year.

We are thrilled to announce that in 2026, Kidney Camp for Kids will take place at Easter Seals Camp Horizon from Monday, July 20 to Friday, July 24, 2026, in Bragg Creek, Alberta.

The Kidney Foundation of Canada, NABT Branch is proud to cover 100% of the cost of camp, including all activities, meals, and accommodations for our kidney campers.

At The Kidney Foundation, we believe kids should be kids—free to explore new adventures, build confidence, and form meaningful friendships. We are equally committed to providing a safe and supportive environment, which is why specialized nurses will be on site throughout the camp to care for our kidney campers.
