Join the Paediatric Caregivers Support Group for a morning filled with cookie decorating, trivia questions, while celebrating the upcoming holiday season, and ending 2022 on a positive note!

We welcome all parents, caregivers, and their children(s) to participate in this fun virtual event.  

Deadline to register for this event is Monday, November 28^th, 2022. Email ontario.programs@kidney.ca or call, 1-866-390-7337 to register with the following information:

1. First and last name of parent(s)/caregiver(s)
2. Phone number and email address
3. Age and first name(s) of child(ren)
 
Once you have registered, the information to join online through Microsoft Teams, a cookie recipe and list of ingredients will be emailed to you. Please note that additional information may be needed for the activities.
 
Feel free to share this event information to other parents and caregivers who have childing living with chronic kidney disease. The Kidney Foundation strives in creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering space for all those living through the kidney journey.
 
** Please note that participating in the activity is not mandatory. Due to various food allergies/restrictions the Kidney Foundation will not be supplying any physical ingredients.**
