The Kidney Foundation of Canada is hosting a one-day virtual health symposium on March 24th, 2022. The program has been developed in partnership with people living with kidney disease and it will bring together patients, care partners and healthcare professionals from across Ontario to inform you of all the different aspects of kidney health and dealing with kidney disease.

Sessions include:

• Active Living for Kidney Health
• Thriving vs. Surviving: Life after being diagnosed with CKD and living your best life
• Expectation vs. Reality: Identifying Challenges with Life After a Kidney Transplant
