FUND A NEED WITH OUR CHRISTMAS HAMPERS!

The past year has not been easy, particularly on those who live with a chronic illness like kidney disease. The holidays can also be a stressful and expensive time of year. For people who live with kidney disease and require life sustaining dialysis, the added costs for the holidays can add unnecessary stress.

Help support dialysis patients and their families in our community this year by contributing to the annual Christmas Hampers program. Your donation goes directly to the families who need it most and funds raised will be used to provide grocery store cards to patients so they can provide a nourishing Christmas meal for loved ones.
