Marilyn Mori is a registered dietitian. She started her career in Sioux Lookout, working for the Northern Diabetes Health Network, and working in various hospitals over the next 20 years. She has spent most of her professional career providing nutritional education to people with kidney disease with a variety of cultural diets. 

Topics of discussion include: 

• progressive nature of CKD with age and genetics 
• new nutrition recommendations
• portion control
• healthy eating with preserving kidney function in mind
