Laughter is fun, therapeutic and contagious! Enjoy one or all four of these playshops that teach you how to use laughing yoga. Learn this life tool to better assist you in building resilience and navigating life’s challenges with a positive mental attitude. It’s a great way to reduce anxiety, stress and even depression.

In these playshops, Sylvie will guide us through easy laughing yoga, a feel-good practice that combines intentional laughter with simple breathing and light movement. Laughing yoga is suitable for people living with chronic illness, care partners, and anyone looking for a simple way to add joy and stress relief to their day. You can participate standing or seated, and you’re always encouraged to listen to your body.
