This year focuses on Living Well with Kidney Disease, and our planned sessions are aimed at helping patients live well with kidney disease and transplantation. Space is limited! The Forum is FREE, but registration is mandatory.

This year, we aim to delve deeper into the issues that matter most to patients and caregivers, providing a platform for sharing experiences, gaining knowledge, and fostering a sense of community. Attached to this email is our agenda for the day.
