Laura Quenneville

Laura Quenneville

Laura Quenneville is a registered dietitian currently working in pediatric nephrology at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in Ottawa, Canada. She completed her bachelor's degree in nutrition science at the Montreal University in 2002. Laura has worked in both pediatric and adult’s hospitals, spending more than half of these years working in paediatrics, including 9 years in pediatric nephrology at CHEO. She is the Ontario’s provincial director for the Canadian Association of Nephrology Dietitian (CAND) - the Canadian National Network of Renal Dietitians. She has discovered her passion for paediatric nephrology over the years, up to this day, Laura is working with dialysis patients as well as in nephrology outpatient clinics and with inpatients admitted with a kidney related diagnosis.

Patrick Ng

Patrick Ng

Patrick Ng was diagnosed with kidney disease in late 2015. A few months after his diagnosis, he began hemodialysis treatments 3 times a week. While receiving his treatment, Patrick continued to work full-time in the financial services & investment management industry. In 2019, he received a kidney transplant, which he remains extremely grateful for.

Patrick is also an active volunteer, involved in several organizations, including The Kidney Foundation. His volunteering efforts and involvement in Kidney Walks helps raise funds to support the kidney community and to spread awareness about kidney disease.

Jody Max

Jody Max

Jody Max has been working in the Kidney Transplant program at St Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver BC since 2015. She is currently serving as the BC Representative of the Canadian Association of Nephrology Social Workers (CANSW). Jody has been a social worker for 30 years, graduating from McGill in 1994 (BSW) and UBC in 2013 (MSW).
