Laughter is more than a spontaneous reaction, it can be a powerful tool for emotional wellbeing and resilience, especially when living with chronic kidney disease.

In this uplifting webinar, Sylvie Dagenais-Douville, certified Laughter Yoga Master-Trainer, explores how intentional laughter and Laughter Yoga can gently support stress reduction, ease anxiety, and improve mood. And hear from people with lived experience how laughter has supported their emotional wellbeing and resilience while living with CKD.

Participants will learn how laughter activates the body’s natural feel-good responses, helping build resilience and emotional balance during challenging times.

No yoga experience or physical effort is required, just an openness to breathe, smile, and rediscover the joy and healing potential of laughter.
