The Kidney Foundation of Canada is thrilled to announce the launch of Kidney Info, a new online portal for people affected by kidney disease.

This interactive site connects you with essential resources tailored to your specific needs no matter where you are on your kidney journey. Whether you’re living with chronic kidney disease, coping with kidney failure, on dialysis, exploring organ donation and transplantation, or considering conservative kidney management, we have resources to support you.

Explore curated content on kidney health, nutrition, mental and physical well-being, advocacy, research, and more. You can access key resources directly from the home page, including the Kidney Community Kitchen and our Kidney Connect peer support program, as well as sign up for newsletters tailored to your interests.
