The warmer weather is finally here and that usually meals celebrations. Join Emily Campbell, registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator for an interactive cooking demonstration featuring two appetizer dishes. These kidney-friendly Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites and her Apple Cranberry Baked Brie are perfect dishes for sharing with others.

Emily Campbell is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator with a Master of Science in Foods and Nutrition from Western University. Emily is the owner of Kidney Nutrition where she supports those living with kidney disease all over Canada through group and one on one nutrition support. Additionally, she works at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, Ontario in the Kidney and Metabolism Program supporting the post-renal transplant, kidney stone prevention and lipid clinics. In her spare time, Emily loves cooking and developing recipes and has published two renal cookbooks for those living with and supporting someone with chronic kidney disease.
