At times like these, patients need your support more than ever.

The past year has had a profound impact on all of us. But for people with chronic kidney disease or transplant recipients, whose immune systems are particularly vulnerable to the virus, those impacts may have been especially difficult.

This year, we’ve all needed a little more hope and optimism. Which is why The Kidney Foundation continues to do everything it can during these challenging times to make life better for all kidney patients — and that includes being there for them during their most difficult moments.

We were there for Cindy, who relied heavily on our Peer Support program while waiting for her recent kidney transplant.

And you can be there for them too.

You can also send a message of hope to people receiving dialysis, spending time in the hospital, or otherwise isolated during the holidays. Cindy remembers what a difference this made in her own life, so we hope you’ll take the time to send a short note today.

Cindy’s story is just one of thousands, which is why we thank you so much for your continued support.
