The Kidney Foundation of Canada (“The Kidney Foundation”) is committed to protecting the privacy of its employees, members, stakeholders and those we serve. This Privacy Policy explains how the Kidney Foundation collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use kidney.ca and kidneycar.ca (the “Sites”), our products and our services, including but not limited to, any tools, eTools, apps, forums, event and registration pages, electronic publications, surveys, newsletters, announcements, contest entries, purchases and/or donations online, or by mail, over the phone and in person  (collectively, the Sites and services are the “Services”).
 
This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Use, which outline the terms and conditions you agree to when using our Services.  We will only collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and you agree and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
